Hey everyone! Happy Thursday! I was hoping to have 2 cards to share with you for my upcoming class on Saturday, but it was one of those days. Have you ever felt like your were trying to reinvent the wheel? Lol, well, that was my day. It just wasn’t as productive as I wanted, but that’s ok, at least I was able to share this with you. I actually cased this the fold from Ronda Wade’s training group. I changed up the papers and stamp set, but got the fold idea from her. Sharing is always fun!

This card is actually made with a 4 1/4 x 11″ sheet of cardstock, scored at 5 1/2″ and then you trim off 2″ on one end. That end is then folded up to create a closure on the bottom of the card. I used the Animal Party Designer Series Paper to decorate this card. It’s such fun, happy paper.

Here’s a look at it with the top flap open. To create the top flap you cut a piece of cardstock at 3 x 8 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ and attach it to the back of the card base you created with the larger piece.

Here’s what it looks like with both flaps open. You could stamp a sentiment on the inside or leave it blank to be able to leave a personal message. The best part? It fits in a regular medium sized envelope. it’s easy to make but has some wow factor to it.

I hope you liked this fun fold card. If you’re looking for more fun fold cards, check out my February Project to Go.
