Case-ing Tuesday Portrait Templates – 287

With every new catalog release, the Design Team Members of CASE-ing Tuesday get to choose a card in the catalog to case and this was my choice. I liked the feel of fall for this card, but of course, I decided to go with a Christmas card.

I loved the simple lines of the sketch, which made it super easy to create once you choose your papers. I went with the Timeless Christmas DSP & Sticker Sheet combined with a piece of the 2026/2028 In Color Gingham Gallery. I started with a Peaceful Pine card base and then trimmed my two sheets of DSP to the measurements and attached with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. The banner is a smidge bigger than the measurements in the sketch as it is not from the Party Banners Die Set, but from the Nested Essentials Die Set. It was an extra from one of my classes, so why die cut another right? I chose the new Soiree Salutations stamp set for my sentiments and stamped it in Peaceful Pine. This stamp set is quickly becoming one of my favorites! I then added the banner with dimensionals. I chose the tree from the sticker sheet and added it with dimensionals and topped it with one of the Poppy Parade stars in the sheet. Since the 2026/2028 In Color Dots were already on my desk, I added two of them. I love how all of this coordinated!

For the inside, I stamped my sentiment on a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White and added another sticker from the sticker sheet.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I added a 1″ strip of the gingham DSP attached to the envelope. It really ties the project together.

I love how this turned out! See how the DSP and Sticker Sheet pack is not just for scrapbooking? I love it! Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample or sketch. The best part of casing is you get to create it your way with your style. We would love for you to share your creation with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. We just love to see all the different stamping styles!
