Hey everyone! Happy Columbus Day! Have you enjoyed your holiday? When I was working for the state, it used to be my favorite holiday. The kids had to go to school, Larry had to go to work, and I got to be home all by myself. It was heaven! Now everyday is heaven since I’ve retired.  😉

Here’s a look at the card I created last week for a team swap my upline is having. I really like the paper from the Petals & Paisleys paper pack. I just love all the colors in the pack, but especially the Night of Navy. As you can see, this one is my favorite, and of course I had to add some of the Copper Foil Paper. Apparently I’m not the only one loving the copper foil, it’s on a backorder status now.

This card is a gate fold card. I remember seeing one very similar to this, but in different papers and colors. The nice thing about this card, it fits in one of regular envelopes.

Here’s a look at is as it opens.

And here is the inside of the card.

I like the way it turned out, and I’m hoping my side-lines like it too. Any time I can use blue in my cards I’m happy, so this one made me extremely happy!

I hope you have a great evening!
