Hello and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. Isn’t that a cute card? This week I followed the sketch for everything except the circle.
I wanted to use the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack, but wasn’t sure which stamp set. I decided on the Mixed Labels. I chose the sheet of DSP and trimmed it and a scrap of Basic White card stock to the measurements and added them to a Blackberry Bliss card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. Since I don’t have the 1 7/8″ circle punch, I chose one of the circles from the Stylish Shapes dies and die cut the DSP. The pattern on the circle is actually the back side of the DSP used on the card front. I decided to punch out a circle in white with the 1 3/4″ circle punch and attached them together with Seal. I also added adhesive to the back of the white and added a piece of white ribbon. I then added it to the card front with dimensionals. I trimmed a strip of Basic White to the measurements, stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink and attached it with Seal. The white leaves are die cut with one of the dies from the Painted Lavender dies which is on the Last Chance List now, and then added it to the card with Mini Glue Dots, making sure to tuck it behind the circle. For my bling I sprinkled on some of the Neutral Matte Dots in white.
For the inside I stamped the sentiment and added 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ piece of DSP on a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ piece of Basic White.
And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I decorated mine with some more of the DSP. I decided to use the back side of the DSO again to tie it all together.
