Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! Don’t you just love Tuesdays?!? So much going on in the stamping world!! Have you seen today’s case over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group? If not, here is what we are casing:

Doesn’t that just scream fall? And such a quick and easy card too. I don’t have that stamp set yet, so I’m using the Many Blessing stamp set, which is my Product of the Week. Here are the measurements for my card:

  • Card base in Cajun Craze cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper cut at 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Whisper White cardstock cut at 3 1/2″ x 4 1/2″

I have to be honest with you; this card is created entirely from scraps! Yep, every piece was leftover from other projects. The card base with the glimmer paper already attached was leftover from a previous Fabulous Friday project when I had cut too many, the Whisper White and even the burlap ribbon were all leftovers! Makes cardmaking that much quicker!! lol So all I had to do was stamp and color! I stamped the images in Tuxedo Black ink, then used my Watercolor Pencils to color. Then I took my Wink of Stella and blended each color separately. It really made the colors pop, not to mention, give it some more bling. 😉

When I finished with the Wink of Stella, I took the burlap ribbon I had in my leftovers caddy and pulled apart a couple of the strings. That works really well to give the ribbon a rustic feel to it. I adhered some over the images, then tied a double bow with the two remaining pieces and added them with a Mini Glue Dot. To adhere this to the card front, I added a few Mini Glue Dots to the side that would be adhered to the glimmer paper and snail to the the other side and adhered it to the card front. This card literally took me less then 5 minutes to complete!!

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on today’s card and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. Don’t worry if you aren’t a member yet, just request to join. We would love to have you!! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic Tuesday!
