Hello and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. I am still in post retreat mode trying to get my studio back in order. BUT! I did get my card done for the week! If this is your first time visiting my little neck of the woods, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here! So have you had a chance to visit the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet to see what we are casing (copy and share everything) this week? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? It’s actually a note-sized card. I rarely send those, so I created a regular A-2 sized card for my take.

Since I was hosting my retreat I didn’t get a lot of play time, which makes taking one of our kits along as the perfect quick & easy crafting project. I took my March 2025 Paper Pumpkin kit, Daisy Daydream and created this alternate card. I started with a Daffodil Delight card base and then cut apart one of the card bases in the kit. The first layer is actually the back of the card base and I cut it to the 3 1/2″ x 5″ measurements and attached it to my card with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. Next I trimmed the front with those gorgeous daisies to the 3 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ measurements and attached it over the first layer with more Seal. I stamped my sentiment from the kit in Mossy Meadow ink on one of the die cut tags and added it to the front with some of the dimensionals from the kit. I then added that adorable bumble bee die cut from the kit with a dimensional. I did add some Wink of Stella to the wings to give them that shimmer effect. I then sprinkled on some of the Iridescent Pearls from my stash for some extra bling.

For the inside, I attached a 3 3/4″ piece of Basic White and a leftover strip of the kit card base that measures 3/4″ x 3 3/4″. I decided not to add a sentiment so that it can be personalized later

I will be using one of the gorgeous envelopes from the kit when I send this to someone.

Isn’t that gorgeous? The Paper Pumpkin kits have come a long way since they were first released! Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample or sketch and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or change it up like I did. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to create it your way with your style. We would love to have you join us this week!
I hope you have a great Tuesday and I was able to inspire you. If you would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin or add any of the product I used today, just head over to my online store here. Thanks again for stopping by!!
