Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! If this is your first time visiting my neck of the woods, I am so happy you are here and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

The sample is using one of the Sale-a-bration stamp sets, the Feels Like Home stamp set. I chose to use some Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper, the Peaceful Prints DSP that coordinates with the Peaceful Deer stamp set and coordinating punch.

I love this striped paper in the pack! I followed all the measurements in the sketch for my take, which made it really easy to create this card. I started with a Sahara Sand card base, one of the colors in the striped paper, and then pulled out a scrap of Real Red and trimmed it to the measurements. I added it to the card front with dimensionals. Next I trimmed my stripe layer to the measurements and added them on the Real Red layer with more dimenisonals. I always have a hard time with spacing, so I added one on each end and then the two middle layers. It seemed to help. Next I trimmed a scrap of Basic White cardstock to the sentiment label measurements and stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink. I added some adhesive to the back to add my little strip of the Real Red Ruffled Ribbon to the back. I then added more dimensionals and attached it to the card front. I added some of the rhinestones for my bling.

For the inside, I trimmed a scrap of Basic White to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and a strip of the DSP at 1/2″ x 5″ to add to the side. I stamped my sentiment in Real Red ink and then added everything to the inside of the card.

I then added some more of that cute DSP to the envelope to decorate it. I mean, why not when you can get that paper for FREE!

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the FB Group. You can create it exactly like the sample or change it up a little or a lot; it’s all up to you. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to create it your way. And if you aren’t a member of the group yet, no problem! Just request to join. We would love to have you come and play along with us!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Remember, we are right in the middle of Sale-a-bration where the more you buy, the more you get for FREE!
