Hey everyone! Happy Labor Day!! I hope you are having a great weekend and enjoying time with family and friends. It’s been busy around here with just that. We also had a great turn out on Saturday for the August Card Class and our first Scrap Club session. I wanted to share one of the pages I created using the See a Silhouette DSP, which was part of the goody bag that the attendees received on Saturday. Here are the measurements for my page:
- Whisper White cardstock 12″ x 12″
- See a Silhouette DSP cut at 3 1/2″ x 11″
- Old Olive cardstock 2 cut at 4″ x 4 1/4″ and 1 at 4 1/4″ x 6 1/4″
I was actually able to create this layout from mostly scraps which is always a plus! I trimmed two of my 4″ x 6″ pictures down to 3 3/4″ x 4″ and left one at 4″ x 6″ and then matted them all on Old Olive cardstock. I cut out the title and the button in Pacific Point cardstock and used Multipurpose Glue to glue everything down. I added a bow of the Mossy Meadow twine to the button with a Mini Glue Dot. The bow was leftover from another project too. I stamped the sentiment from the Silhouette Scenes stamp set in Pacific Point ink and wrote the date with the Pacific Point Stampin’ Write Marker. Next I added some of the Noble Peacock Rhinestones for bling and called it done! It was so quick and easy!! I can’t wait until the next Scrap Club meets again! It just makes me set aside time to scrap my memories too.
If you would like to order any of these products, you can head over to my online store to order. The Host Code for September is 2EJQ9BND and when you use it, I’ll send you a pack of handmade cards all ready to mail out. Thank you for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow for another CASE-ing Tuesday project.
