Hello and happy Wednesday! I hope your week is going well. I’m working on 2 events for Saturday, so this is going to be a quick post. This card is one I created for a challenge and then never submitted it. I don’t remember why, but I loved this card and wanted to share it with you. Here are the measurements:
- Card base in Melon Mambo cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Tutti-Frutti DSP cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Whisper White cardstock punch with the Pretty Label Punch
This is a really sweet and simple card. After cutting the card base, I adhered the piece of DSP. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Fruit Basket stamp set in Melon Mambo ink, then punched it out. I sponged on some of the ink to give it some depth. I had a piece of doily sitting on the desk, so I adhered it to the back of the label, added some dimensionals and added it to the card front. I tied a bow in the Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon and added it to the label with a Mini Glue Dot, added my bling and called it done! I love this card!! I hope you do too.
