Hey everyone! Happy Monday! I thought I’d share some of the layouts I created while at a crop with my oldest daughter over the weekend. It was such a well-deserved time for us, especially with all the chaos around us right now. We may all have to limit our outings for awhile, but I’m okay with that! I can craft! Our crafting is the very best form of therapy there is as far as I’m concerned! So here’s a look at a few of the pages I was able to create over the weekend. Now one you’ll notice, it’s not all Stampin’ Up! product. I was scrapping the pictures from our Disney trip last year and of course I’m going to use Disney stuff, right? I did use some products, like those Peaceful Poppies Sequins. They go great with Disney items!!
I even got a chance to use my new Cricut Joy! I have had almost every Cricut made and just had to add this one to my arsenal. It is the perfect machine to take to a crop or retreat! It stores perfectly in it’s little carrying case.
I think one of the most impressive things about Stampin’ Up! products is that they coordinate with other company’s product so well! And we do have the very best cardstock out there!
Getting to relive these memories during this chaotic time in our lives was the perfect antidote! Scrapbooking was my introduction to paper crafting and will always be my first love! Here’s a look at my daughter with one of her layouts she created.
We really did have so much fun over the weekend! I think sharing all the fun times and memories while hanging out with girlfriends is the best therapy there is! One of the best parts of scrapbooking is there are no rules, you are free to create them the way you want!
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope this was able to help you escape for a little while. If you have any questions about today’s projects, just reach out. Have a great rest of your day and remember: Keep Calm and Craft On!!
