Hello and happy CASE-ing Tuesday! If this is your first time stopping by my little world, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. So have you seen what we are casing (copy and share everything) this week over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I love that we have sketches, especially since I don’t have that die set and didn’t know the dimensions of that layer. I decided to change my take up so I could use one of the stickers from the Good Times Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.

I did follow the measurements for my three layers and eliminated the sentiment strips. I started with a Night of Navy card base and added a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock that was embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder with Stampin’ Seal. I trimmed a piece of the Timeless Plaid DSP and also added it with Seal. For the center layer, I used Basic White and stamped my sentiment in Night of Navy ink. The sentiment is from the Weekend Adventures stamp set that coordinates with the Weekend Adventures Scrapbooking Kit. Next I grabbed my ephemera pack and added the bicycle. When I purchased these I thought they were just die cuts, but they are actually chipboard stickers, so no adhesive needed! I then added three of the Neurtral Matte Dots for my bling. I find myself grabbing these more and more as they go with everything! I added the Pecan Pie color, but looking at it now, the black may have been a better choice. Oh well. 😉

For the inside, I stamped the sentment on a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White and added a 1/2″ x 5″ strip of that DSP.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope. I added the last of the sheet of DSP to envelope flap.

Doesn’t that tie the project together? Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the CT Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or use the sketch and change it up. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to make it your way with your style!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope I was able to inspire you to create something and join us. If you would like to add any of the product I used today, just head over to my online store here. I hope you have a great Tuesday and an even better week. Take care!
