Happy Wednesday and Happy Valentine’s Day!! This post is all about YOU! I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that supports or has supported my business the last 7 years. And that is why I created this card. Isn’t it sweet? I don’t know about you, but I love pineapple! Did you know that it symbolizes hospitality in the south? I like that thought. And to show my appreciation to you, I want to give you a thank you gift. So here’s the measurements on my card:
- Card base in Thick Whisper White cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Crumb Cake layer cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Tutti-Fruitty DSP cut at 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
I love the colors in this sheet of DSP. So I layered the DSP to the Crumb Cake and then adhered it all to the card base. Then I stamped the thank you sentiment from the Eastern Beauty stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock and punched it out with the Pretty Label Punch. That stamp set has one of my favorite fonts on it! Then I sponged on some Lemon Lime Twist ink. I found a piece of a doily and added it to the bottom of the label. Then I added some of the Glitter Enamel Dots, some dimensionals on the back and adhered it to the card front. I wanted to bring in some more of the Crumb Cake color, so I added a double bow of Linen Thread. A sweet and simple card. This is one that is easily massed produced and you could use any sentiment. I love it!
