Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday. We have been having record breaking temperatures here in Northern California, so I thought it was perfect to share this card. It’s actually one of the cards we created at my team meeting this past Saturday. It’s using the A Good Day stamp set that is in the new Occasions Catalog. Such a cute stamp set and when you purchase it with the two coordinating scalloped circle punches, you will qualify for a FREE item out of the Sale-a-bration Catalog. So let’s get started. The measurements for the card are:
- Card base in Soft Sky cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Soft Sky layer cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and embossed with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder
- Dazzling Diamonds cut at 3/4″ x 4″ and flag both ends.
Adhere the embossed layer to the card front using dimensionals. Stamp the sun shine image on Whisper White card stock with Memento Black ink and then color with the Stampin’ Blends Markers. Punch out with the 1 1/4″ circle punch. Using the 1 3/8″ scalloped circle punch, punch out a piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock. Punch out a label of Soft Sky using the Pretty Label punch. Adhere these 3 pieces with dimensionals in between all.
Flag ends of Dazzling Diamonds strip and add to card front. Adhere label to the Dazzling Diamonds strip with Mini Glue Dots. Add some White Perfect Accents to the ends of the label. Adhere a bow of Silver Baker’s Twine with a Mini Glue Dot and you are done. Isn’t it just the sweetest card?
