Hey everyone! Ready for Sneak Peek #2? I loved the first card I made with this set so much, I knew I wanted to create another using those colors. I received a card today with this style and fell in love with it, so I cased it with this color combination. Didn’t it turn out cute?? It’s a gate fold card with a belly band. The belly band helps keep the card close, not to mention add some extra dimension.
I stamped the bird in black and colored it with the blender pens using Tempting Turquoise, Lemon Lime Twist, Peekaboo Peach, and Berry Burst. After cutting it out with the stitched circle and layering it on a scalloped circle. The front panel is in Basic Black, Berry Burst and then a piece of the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper. The card base is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2″ scored at 2 3/4 and 6 1/2″ to create the gate. The belly band is a piece of Lemon Lime Twist that I wrapped around the card. I just love these colors!!!!
