Hey everyone! Happy Monday. Hope you had a great weekend and that your week is off to a good start. I wanted to share a scrapbook page I created last week. It was one of those moments that I just wanted to scrap! I pulled these pictures out of my two favorite guys, my hubby and our grandson. These were taken last year when it was one of our “Charlie Days” and went out to Shasta Dam. We had a lot of rain that winter and had heard the lake was pretty high. Check out that cute hat on Charlie’s head! Isn’t it adorable? This page actually goes with the page below:

If you look close, you can see the 3 Shastas; Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Mt. Shasta. I just love that view and after 5 years of drought, it was really good to all the water behind the dam. The cardstock and pattern paper was from my stash of non-Stampin’ Up! stuff, but the title and matting is Chocolate Chip cardstock. I love how Stampin’ Up! papers coordinate well with other company’s items too! The journaling card I used on my Simply Precious page is from the Bundle of Love Memories & More card pack. I used my Cricut to cut my title and then adhered the letters with our Fine Tip Glue Pen. I used a button from the True Gentleman Suite and tied a bow with Linen Thread. It all just goes together so well!Yes, I am more of a traditional scrapbooker, but the card packs are good for both traditional and pocket style of memory keeping.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a chance to stop by tomorrow. It’s going to be another CASE-ing Tuesday project. Have a great evening!
