Hey everyone! Just a really quick post today. We had our Hot August Kit Class on Saturday and we had a blast! We even had someone join us from Texas via Face Time, our very own Wink of Wanda stamped with us and chatted. Such a fun morning! I just wanted to share an extra alternate that I created when I go my kit and it’s using one of the envelopes!
Isn’t that cute?!? I just cut open one of the envelopes and then trimmed it to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and added it to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. I then added it a Just Jade card base. I cut a label using the Stitched So Sweetly dies and stamped the sentiment in Just Jade ink and then wrapped some of the Flirty Flamingo twine around it and added a double bow. I added it to the card front with dimensionals and then added one of the flowers from the kit topped off with a rhinestone. So sweet!
For the inside, I had a scrap of Whisper White cardstock that measured 3 3/4″ x 5″ and stamped the lemon in Flirty Flamingo and colored with the Flirty Flamingo Light Stampin’ Blends Marker and the leaves in Just Jade ink and blends.
