Hey everyone, Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you’re having a fabulous Friday. Today’s post is a really quick treat holder. There are times when we need something really fast as a last minute gift and today’s post is it, and it’s created with all scraps!

Isn’t that cute? As crafters we all have those left over scraps and what better way to use them up? Here’s what’s inside my wrapper.

One of my favorites!! I know this is really simple, but when we’re in that panic mode we forget the simplest solutions! I measured my candy bard at 6 1/8″ x 3″, so I grabbed a scrap of the From My Heart Specialty DSP and cut it to  3 1/4″ x 6 1/4″. I added a strip of Tear & Tape and wrapped the DSP around the candy bar and gluing the two sides together. I had a 1″ x 12″ strip of the DSP left over from another project and wrapped it around the length of the candy bar. It didn’t quite fit, but by adding one of the doily hearts and added a little more Tear & Tape to each end of the strip and the glued the heart doily to it. Net I stamped the stitched heart in Tuxedo Black ink and the sentiment in Real Red ink, punched it out and added with dimensionals. I added some of the Red Rhinestones and it was done. Less then 5 minutes! That’s my kind of treat holder!

I hope this helps if you’re in a pinch today or any other day when you need a quick little gift. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful afternoon!
