Christmas Thank You with a Mask

Hey everyone! How was your Christmas? Ours was fabulous. It’s amazing to watch it through the eyes of a 2 1/2 year old. It makes you remember how magical Christmas can be. We enjoyed family and friends and of course LOTS of good food.

So now that Christmas is over, it’s time to send out those thank you cards. I always like to make mine using up the scraps from all my Christmas cards that I had created for the last few weeks. And this one was created with my all time favorite designer series paper, Candy Cane Lane that goes along with the Candy Cane Christmas stamp set. I also used one of the Seasonal Masks on the inside panel of the card to create my own dsp. The masks are one of the items that could easily be glossed over, but so much fun to work with. I wanted something different so I made a gate fold card using a piece of Crumb Cake cut at 4 1/4 x 11″ and scored at 2 3/4  and 8 1/4″.  It’s nice to create something different for a change.

Here’s a look at the inside panel. Isn’t that perfect with the candy paper? I used one of the sponge brayers with Real Red ink to create this look. So easy!! And the best part? These masks are 30% off right now! Then I added another panel and used one of the thank you sentiments from One Big Meaning. That is a great thank you set to add to your arsenal., especially to help create all those thank you cards for the great Christmas presents you got this weekend!!
