Hey everyone! How’s your Thursday going? I wanted to share a quick and easy layout I made using the Night Before Christmas Memories & More cards. Yes, these cards are technically for pocket memory keeping, but I’m more of a traditional scrapbooker, so here you go! Here are the measurements for my layout:
- Brights 12″ x 12″ cardstock in Poppy Parade
- Whisper White 12″ x 12″ cardstock cut at 10 1/4″ x 9 1/4″
- Pressed Petals DSP cut at 10″ x 9″
- Whisper White cardstock 2 cut at 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and 1 at 3″ x 3 1/4′
- M/M card cut at 2 3/4″ x 3″
My pictures are from Charlie, my sweet grandson, with his kindergarten class singing at our local Barnes & Noble for a fundraiser for his school. I know I’m biased, but this is the cutest kid in the world!! lol I went with the sheet of DSP that had the music print. When I opened this pack of paper way back in June when it first came out, I knew I would be using for Christmas cards and layouts. I cut it down and then matted it on Whisper White to brighten up the layout. I cut my pictures down and matted them also on Whisper White. I fussy cut the Santa hat from one of the M/M cards and added it to the picture. I thought it went perfect with all those little Santa hats on the kids. I thought the “Jingle all the Way” card was the perfect title since that was one of the songs the kids sang. I glued it all down, added some of the stickers from the card pack and wrote my journaling with a white gel pen. You know I love my bling, so I sprinkled on some of our Rhinestone Basic Jewels. I know it’s not a fancy layout, but I really like all the clean lines.
These card packs have so much potential for a lot of cute projects! Especially when you can cut out some of the images in the cards! Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a great Thursday!!
