Happy Monday everyone! It’s time for a new Product of the Week. This week’s product is the adorable Country Home stamp set. I am in love with this set, it’s so farmhouse-ish!! lol There are so many adorable items from the suite of products in the Holiday Catalog that I just have to share it all!
I fell instantly in love with this set and new that I was going to use it for one of my swap cards with the training group that I belong to, and this is the card I made. Here are the measurements:
- Card base in Thick Whisper cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Early Espresso cardstock cut at 2″ x 5 1/2″
- Country Lane DSP cut at 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
When you’re making multiples of a card, it’s best to keep it simple and that’s exactly what I did. I had to create 42 cards for this swap and had 2 helpers with me, one of my downline, Jacque and her sister Val. I couldn’t have done it without them!! Thank you again ladies, and oh, did I mention I have another 100 cards to create for OnStage in November? 🙂 This card is stamped in Early Espresso ink and the cotton balls were colored with the Whisper White Watercolor Pencil. I used the Whisper White Baker’s Twine for the bows and Pearl Basic Jewels for bling. I just love this card!
