Isn’t that a cute card? Since I just received the Nature’s Symphony Bundle so I decide to ink it up.
I changed my take up just a little bit by adding a DSP layer instead of embossing the card base. I started with a Cloud Cover card base and added a 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of the 25/27 In Color DSP. I trimmed the other layers from the same pack, but 5/8″ strip I trimmed to 5″ as I didn’t like the look of it being short. I die cut the leaves in the bundle in Cloud Cover, but to make it pop, I die cut a second leaf in Secret Sea Two Tone cardstock and layered them together to create a shadow effect. After attaching it to the front with Multipurpose Glue, I stamped a 3/4″ strip of white in Secret Sea ink and flagged the end. I then added it to the card with dimensionals and added 3 of the Moody Palette Glossy Dots in Secret Sea.
For the inside, I stamped the leaves in Cloud Cover ink, stamping off first, and the sentiment in Secret Sea. The layer measures 5″ x 3 3/4″.
And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I attached the last strip of the DSP I used on the front of the card with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive.
