Hello again! Don’t you just love Tuesdays?!? lol This week we are playing with the Most Adored Specialty DSP along with the Country Bouquet stamp and coordinating punch. I used them both for my take on this week’s CASE-ing Tuesday project. If you missed it, you can see it on this morning’s blog post here. Weere you able to watch this afternoon’s Facebook Live? If not, you can watch the replay over on my YouTube Channel here. After you watched it, I’d be honored if you gave my video a thumbs up and share it with all of your craft friends!

I had so much fun creating my scrapbook layout using this beautiful paper! I actually followed a sketch over at the Scrapbook Nerk – Friends Facebook Group. I plan to share this layout later this afternoon.

Here are the measurements:

  • Base in 12″ x 12″ Basic White cardstock
  • Most Adored Specialty DSP – 2″ x 10″, 3/4″ x 11″, 1 5/8″ x 11″, 1 1/2″ x 10 3/4″ and 1″ x 10 1/4″
  • Photo – 4″ x 4″

I loved layering all of the strips of DSP. I know the back side of this beautiful paper pack is in gold foil, but since I was scrapping my baby girl, Chloe, I decided to go with the front side in pinks and reds. I had die cut some Basic Black cardstock a couple of weeks ago and kept the leftover pieces, which made it easy for my title. I used the Country Bouquet punch for my hearts and the 2″ Circle punch for my black circle in the corner. I had a Black and White Gingham Ribbon bow in my stash and added it with a Mini Glue for an extra touch of black. I wrote my journaling with my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker and then sprinkled on some of the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems in black and silver. I really love this layout!! Now let’s look at my card.

Here are the measurements:

  • Card base in Real Red cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
  • Most Adored Specialty DSP – 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Basic White cardstock – 4″ x 4″

This card is actually a take on one of my favorite fun folds, the 1, 1, 1 and 1 card. I started by cutting my card base and my piece of DSP to the measurements and trimming 1″ off of each. I used the 1″ strip of cardstock for my swing arm by scoring it at 1″ and attaching it to the back of the 1″ piece of DSP with Stampin’ Seal adhesive. I attached it to the inside of the card and attached then attached the DSP on the front with the foil side showing. I die cut a piece of Gold Foil and another piece of Basic White with the Nested Essential Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Memento ink and the heart in Real Red, stamping off first. I attached the white to the foil piece and then to the swing arm with Seal. I tied a bow in Gold and Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon on the swing arm and then sprinkled on some of the Iridescent Foil Gems for bling.

Here’s a look under the flap at all that gorgeously foiled paper:

For the inside I stamped the sentiments in Memento ink and the hearts in Real Red ink and attached it to the inside.

And don’t forget your envelope! I added a piece of the DSP to the flap with more Seal. You could choose either side of the DSP to the envelope. I went with the red side. Doesn’t that just tie it all together?

Now let’s look at my treat holder, because what’s Valentine’s Day without chocolate??

Here are the measurements:

  • Base in Real Red cardstock – 1 3/4″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 1″, 3 1/4″ and 3 3/4″
  • Most Adored Specialty DSP – 3/4″ x 1 1/2″, 2″ x 1 1/2″ and 3″ x 1 1/2″

I love how quick and easy this treat holder is and it’s perfect for those Merci chocolates. Once the cardstock is scored, you fold on all the score lines with the 3 1/4″ and 3 3/4″ for the base of the holder and then folding the flap down facing the front. Attach all of the DSP layers with Stampin’ Seal. Put in one of the chocolates and tie the Gold and Vanilla ribbon around it to create the closure. Next I punched out the large heart in Gold Foil and added it to the front with a dimensional. I die cut the small label from the Stylish Shapes Dies, stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink and added it to the heart with some Seal. And of course, I had to add some bling and the perfect bling was the gold pearls from the Festive Pearls embellishment pack. Isn’t that fun???
