Hey everyone! Happy Monday! Sorry this is late coming to you, but it was a Charlie day. Today and next Monday too his mommy has to work, so he gets to come out and hang with us. Today we went to the movies and saw Incredibles 2 and I have to say I really enjoyed it! And the best part was he did too! So for our Product of the Week this week I have chosen the 2018-2020 In Colors. Here’s a look at them in case you haven’t seen them yet:
Aren’t they happy colors?!? I just love them all, but you know I’m a blue loving girl so you know which is my favorite!! lol So here’s a look at my favorite In Color.
This is one of the projects we created at my team meeting. We actually made one in each of the colors using the Varied Vases Bundle. Here are the measurements for this card:
- Card base in Blueberry Bushel cut at 3″ x 6″, scored at 3″
- 2018-2020 In Color DSP cut at 1 1/2″ x 3″
- Whisper White layer cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits
These were super easy to create. Adhere the DSP to the card base and tie a piece of the new Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon. That ribbon ties nicely, so I’m seeing a lot of this in my future. Then we stamped the leaves and flower in Call Me Clover and Blueberry Bushel Inks. I love that this stamp set is a two-step set which makes it easy to color in your images by stamping. Next we stamped the sentiment in Memento ink, punched out a vase and added it with a dimensional and then added the square with dimensionals. And to top it off, we added a bow in Whisper White Baker’s Twine. I love 3 x 3 cards! They’re easy to create and make the perfect thank you cards. Here’s what they all looked like:
Aren’t they all adorable little cards? Now, do you see what I mean about how happy the colors are? I’m very glad they’ll be around for another two years! If you want to get some of the In Color products, just head over to my online store. When you shop using Hostess Code X6VBJFJ4, I’ll send you a pack of handmade cards. If your order is $40.00 or more, I’ll include a new embellishment from the catalog. Thank you for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow for another CASE-ing Tuesday project.
