Hey everyone! Happy Monday! I hope you have had a good start to your week. We’ve been watching Charlie for the last couple of days, so it’s been very busy around here. I did have a few minutes to get into my craft room while he was napping today and pulled out a couple of new items to create a quick Valentine’s card. I actually saw this card on Pinterest by Karen Tenney, but I changed up the sentiment.

I chose this sentiment from the Fresh Fruit stamp set because this was something my parents always said when they were alive. It’s the little things that come back in a big way when you’re not expecting it. I’m not sure I like the little hearts from the Confetti Hearts Border Punch, but I thought it needed some red bling and that came to mind. Note to self…don’t glue them down until you are actually sure that’s where you want them. 🙂 I do love the new Falling Petals Embossing Folder. I can see using it for more than just Valentine’s Day.

Well, I knew I was going to be pushing it by trying to post this with Charlie running around, and I was right. I hope you have a great evening. Be sure to come back to check out one of Friday night’s projects. Oh, and before I forget, check out my Project to Go for January. It’s all about birthdays and you know you can never have too many birthday cards! Have a great evening and I thank you for stopping by!
