Love What You Do Fun Fold

Hey everyone! How is your Wednesday going? I wanted to share another project for the Product of the Week. Today’s project uses the Love What You Do stamp set and the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit. I have to say, this entire suite has so much to offer and I love every piece of it! Here’s the measurements for today’s card:

Card base in Tranquil Tide cut at 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 2 3/4″ and 5 1/2″
Pool Party cardstock, cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ (2 of these)
Share What You Love DSP cut at 3 3/4″ x 5″
Whisper White cardstock cut at 3 3/4″ x 5″

This is actually a Z fold card and usually uses smaller panels, but I wanted to change things up a little bit. After I adhered the DSP to the Pool Party layer, I wrapped around a piece of the Tranquil Tide Baker’s Twine and then adding adhesive only to the left side of the layers, I adhered it to the short fold. I stamped the sentiment in Tranquil Tide, added some dimensionals and added it to the card front. I then added some of the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls. The colors of the pearls are gorgeous and I just had to add some. Then I tied a double bow of the twine and added it to the left of the sentiment tag with a Mini Glue Dot. For the inside, I stamped the wash image in Pool Party ink, and then the flowers in Tranquil Tide ink. I stamped them all the way to the left to leave room for the the sentiment and room for signing the card. The sentiment was stamped in Tranquil Tide too. Then I adhered it to the Pool Party layer and then both to the inside of the card.

By creating a full sized layer for the outside of the card, the front automatically carries into the inside of the card. Here’s a look a better look at it when you open it up:

I just love the cool tones of the colors used on this card. Tranquil Tide has quickly become one of my favorites and will miss it when it retires; but then I say that with all the colors!
