Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! I wanted to share one of my June Paper Pumpkin alternate projects. One of my downline showed me her case of a scrap page done by Rachael Tessman, and I fell in love with it! So I decided to try my hand at it.

I started scrapbooking in 2004 right after this trip to Hawaii, and I have to say, the pages show it! lol So I have decided to redo the album. We had such a fun trip. Don’t we look like the typical tourists in this? LOL

I started with a Shaded Spruce 12 x 12 and then matted my picture with some Poppy Parade and Daffodil Delight cardstocks. I used two of the envelopes for more matting and added some of the gold leaves from the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper pack. I added more to the back of the pineapple and added it with some of the dimensionals in the kit. Next I stamped the dashed lines image and one of them didn’t stamp very well, so I covered it up with one of the stickers from the kit. I then stamped the label and added it with dimensionals and then added some of those sequins from the kit. They are so pretty! They look yellow/orange on the white background and then pull the green through when placed on the green.

I just had so much fun creating this page and since I have leftover die cuts, I know I’ll be able to create a couple more pages. If you would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin, now is a good time to try a 3-month subscription. Since we began Bonus Days today, you can purchase the 3-month subscription and earn a $5.00 off coupon to use on a purchase next month. You won’t want to miss the July kit either as it’s all about Summer Nights. The kit is going to have the cutest firefly embellishments and little gift bags with cut outs that you can use with tea lights for home decor! You have through the 10th to get yours. Just think of the scrap pages you can make with it!! And there is even an add-on kit that is available for purchase starting today for subscribers. You’ll get 24 cards/envelopes for only $10.00!!

This really was a fun kit and I hope you can join me for my Live Facebook tomorrow as I create even more alternates from the kit. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great afternoon!
