Hey everyone! Sorry it’s been so quiet around here, but I’ve been a little side-tracked. Yes, that is my birthday cake. Doesn’t that look yummy? And trust me, it was….but you could only eat a little piece because it was so rich. But every bite was so worth it!!
I wanted to share one of the Christmas cards I made. Don’t you love the bling??? How do you like the colors? I wanted something nontraditional and I’m pretty sure I accomplished that. I used Night of Navy and Flirty Flamingo for the main colors and added Silver Glimmer Paper for bling. It’s a fun card to make and simple enough to mass produce. I used one of the new sponge brayers to color the embossed paper from the Fancy Frost Specialty Paper pack with the Flirty Flamingo. I was never very good at brayering, but the sponge ones work pretty good. The cool thing is you never get the same exact look twice.
