Hey everyone! Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Did you remember to spoil Mom? 🙂 We had a great weekend! Saturday I was a vendor in my first craft fair. I actually shared a booth with hubby and his solar business. It was the Mountain Music Faire in Whitmore, California. We had a blast. The weather was good, the food and music were good and the company was exceptional!
As you can see I basically took over the booth. 🙂 He sprang this on me a week ago, so I threw together as much as I could. I didn’t think I did too bad really.
I thought I had packed my chalk to fill out the little boards, but of course it was let at home. Fortunately I had my May Paper Pumpkin kit that had the watercolor pencils in it. The yellow worked even though it was hard to read.
And did you know there really are unicorns? Yup, there are, we saw some!! lol They were a part of the parade that they held just prior to the faire starting. The 4H club dressed up these little cuties and they won first place for their entry.
Aren’t they adorable? Everyone was so nice out there too and the music was good too. So all and all it was a fabulous day! I have another event to participate in on May 27th. This one is the Happy Valley Strawberry Festival. Hopefully it won’t be too hot. You never can tell up here. Some Memorial Day Weekends it’s been close to 100 and others have been in the 60’s and raining. We’ll see.
Well I hope you have had a great start to your week. We have our monthly Hostess Club Workshop this Friday, so be sure to stop by again to see some sneak peeks of our projects. Take care!
