Hello and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! It’s been a minute since I played along. You know how it is, life just gets in the way sometimes. If this is your first time visiting, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you seen what we are casing (copy and share everything) this week over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I love that we have sketches with all the measurements – it makes creating so much quicker when we’re in a hurry. As you can see, I changed me up just a little bit.

I decided to play with the new Online Exclusives Filled with Sweetness Bundle. I started with a Strawberry Slush card base and added my piece of DSP that was cut to the measurements in the sketch. Before I adhered it, I added it to a 3 5/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of Secret Sea cardstock. The layers are attached and added to the card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. I trimmed a scrap of Granny Apple Green cardstock to the measurements and added it to the card with Seal. I die cut the tag from the bundle in Basic White cardstock, stamped the sentiment in Strawberry Slush ink and attached it to the strip with Seal. I tied a bow in the Secret Sea Bordered Open Weave ribbon and added it with a Mini Glue Dot. To finish it off, I add two of the Sparkle Dots Essentials in Secret Sea. I love the glittery look of the dots.

For the inside, I stamped another of the sentiments, also in Strawberry Slush ink, on a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White and attached it to the inside with Seal. I stamped the blueberries to use on the front, but they just didn’t work out, so I added them to the inside. They are stamped in Memento ink and colored with Blueberry Bushel and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends, our version of alcohol markers. I attached them with a little bit of Seal.

For the envelope, I stamped the sentiment in Strawberry Slush and the decorative image in Secret Sea ink. Remember – don’t forget to decorate your envelope!

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample or sketch and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or change it up. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to create it your way with your style.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope I was able to inspire you. I’ll be heading out later this week to Long Beach, CA for the Stampin’ Up! OnStage, so there’s lots to do to get ready. You could enjoy some Stampin’ Up! events – just join the family! Once you join, you get to enjoy Stampin’ Up! events, access to product and information early, not to mention all of the friends you’ll make along the way! I will celebrating 15 years later this year. Our team would love for you to join us! Let me know if you have any questions! Enjoy your week!
