Welcome to another Fabulous Friday! Today we wrap up my Product of the Week with a gift card holder using some of the embellishments from the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit. Have you seen what comes in it? It comes with tags, baker’s twine, an a little pack of mini paper clips and the cute little metal flowers that have adhesive on the back. Have you seen the video yet? You can check it out on my Youtube channel. It shows you step-by-step how to create the envelope.
To create the gift card holder cut a piece of the Share What You Love DSP at 5″ x 5″. Then use the Envelope Punch Board to create the 2″ x 3 1/2″ envelope by setting the piece of DSP on the board with the edge of the paper at the 2″ mark. Score at the score line and punch the tab. Then rotate the DSP 90 degrees and line the little leg on the punch with your score mark, score and punch the tab. Do that two more times then round the corners of the DSP with the corner rounder on the punch board. Fold all the score lines to create the envelope, add two little strips of Tear & Tape to seal up the envelope. Take one of small labels in the embellishment box and stamp the For You with the Make a Difference stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink. It’s easy to stamp words since the set is a photopolymer stamp set. A tip for easy alignment is stamp each letter individually so that you can connect the letters. Next, stamp the leaves in Old Olive ink under the words. Add a couple of dimensionals on the back and adhere it to the envelope. Then tie two bows in the Tranquil Tide Baker’s Twine and add them on either side of the label with Mini Glue Dots. To seal the envelope, just use one of the little metal flower embellishments.
