Hello and welcome to another Fabulous Friday! Today we take a final look at my Product of the Week, the Country Home stamp set. We are making this adorable treat holder box.
Have you seen today’s video yet? If not, you can check it out on my YouTube Channel. While you are there, be sure to subscribe to my channel and like and share my video. Here are the measurements for the supplies you’ll need:
- Box base in Early Espresso cardstock cut at 8 1/4″ x 5 5/8″, scored at 1 7/8″ on all 4 sides
- Early Espresso cardstock cut at 3″ x 11″, scored at 4 1/2″ and 6 1/2″
- 2 pieces of Country Lane DSP cut at 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″
- Whisper White cardstock cut with the largest Stitched Oval
- Early Espresso cardstock cut with the largest Scalloped Oval
- scrap of Mint Macaron for the pitcher
To create your box, burnish all score lines, then cut on the two score lines on the long side of the cardstock. Next, cut corners into a triangle so that the box isn’t too bulky and add your Tear & Tape. It’ll look like this when you’re done:
Remove the backing on the Tear & Tape and put your box together. Next you want to burnish the two score lines on the wrapper of the box and add the DSP on the two outside flaps. Wrap it around the box and secure one of the galvanized clips to it. Tie a bow in the Braided Linen Thread and adhere it to the clip with a Mini Glue Dot. Next, stamp the pitcher and the cotton image in Early Espresso ink on the Whisper White stitched oval. Adhere it to the scalloped oval, add dimensionals and adhere it to the front of the box. Stamp the pitcher again on a scrap of Mint Macaron in Early Espresso ink and stamp the sentiment on the pitcher and fussy cut it. then adhere it over the pitcher you stamped on the oval with a dimensional. Sprinkle on some rhinestones and you are done.
Isn’t that the cutest box ever? And with the Country Lane Suite you have all the coordinating products you could ask for to create some very cute decor products and cards too.
