Happy CASE-ing Tuesday everyone! I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. You know how it is when life gets in the way….some things have to go on the back burner. Case-ing Tuesday Portrait Templates – 229
Isn’t that a cute card? I had the Creative Haven product sitting on my desk after creating projects for our Card Club, so….that’s what I chose!
Don’t you love that we have sketches for our challenges? It makes it so much easier for a quick crafting experience! That being said, I did follow all of the the measurements for my take. I started with a Lost Lagoon card base and before I added a piece of the Hobby Haven Specialty DSP, I inked the edges in Early Espresso ink. I added it with Stampin’ Seal adhesive. I cut a scrap of Basic White for my sentiment, sponged on some Lost Lagoon ink and then stamped my sentiment in Early Espresso. I attached my flagged strip of Early Espresso to the back of the sentiment block with Seal and then added it to the card front with dimensionals. I popped out one of the die cuts from the pack of DSP and added it with more dimensionals and then sprinkled on some of the Earthy Matte Dots for my bling.
For the inside, I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso and the stars in stamped off Lost Lagoon ink on a 3 3/4″ x 5″ of Basic White.
And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I stamped those stars again in Lost Lagoon ink.
