Hey everyone! Happy Thursday!! I hope your week is going well. I wanted to share a card I made for a challenge for SUDSOL. That’s an acronym for Super Unique Demonstrators Sharing Online. They have a website that is a fantastic resource for demonstrators; and between training and inspiration they cover everything a demonstrator might come up against. So this week’s challenge is to create something using the Bike Ride stamp set and here’s my submission.

This card was a clean and simple card, but stamping, cutting out the separate pieces and gluing them all together took some time. The sentiment I created is from two different stamp sets. The word celebrate comes from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous set and the fall came from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. I had to do quite a bit of masking to get the word, as it was actually the word falling within a sentence. But it worked! Since today is the last day of summer, that was going to be my theme, but after I added the apples, well….it turned into celebrating fall!! Which everyone knows is my favorite season.

The measurements of the card are as follows:

  • Card base in Pacific Point            11 x 4 1/4″, scored at 5 1/2
  • DSP strip from Painted Autumn     2 x 4 1/4″
  • Daffodil Delight panel                   4 1/4 x 3 1/4″
  • Whisper White panel                          4 x 3″
