Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday!! I ope your week is going well. If this is the first time visiting my little blog, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on aIl the scrappy news around here. So have you been by the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and sketch:

I just love sweet & simple cards and this is definitely one of them! As you can see, I changed mine up a little:

I have been using the Tags to Go bundle and On the Go DSP for items for this weekend’s Creative Escape and since it was still sitting on my desk…I decided to use it. The best part, all of the DSP I used on my card and envelope finished up a 2″ strip I had leftover from another project. I followed all of the measurements from the sketch, which makes creating time that much faster. I started with an Azure Afternoon card base and added my DSP with a strip of Summer Splash cardstock with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. I punched out my label with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch out of a scrap of Basic White cardstock. I stamped my sentiment in Azure Afternoon ink a little off to the side so I could add my embellishments and then attached it to the card with dimensionals. I fussy cut (I didn’t get enough fussy cutting last week. lol) the backpack, umbrella and passport, glued them together with Mini Glue Dots and then attached them to the label with Seal. The On the Go Suite includes these puffy stickers, so they made the perfect embellishments.

For the inside, I stamped my sentiment on a 5″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Basic White and added a 1/2″ x 5″ strip at the bottom and attached it to the inside.

I used the rest of the 1/2″ strip to decorate the flap on my envelope.
Isn’t that fun paper? It’s all perfect for those travel layouts, retirement cards, graduation cards…you get the idea. Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s card and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or sketch or change it up. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to create the way you want with your style!
I hope I was able to inspire you. If you’d like to add this adorable suite of product, check it all out on my online store here. This product is part of the Online Exclusives release from the first of this month. There are so many cute items in that section! Stampin’ Up! launches new product now every 60 days! How cool is that?
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you have a great week – it’s going to be a busy one in the studio. Stay tuned for looks at our retreat and all the pillow gifts and product! I’ll be sharing them next week. Take care!
