Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time stopping by, please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. So, have you had a chance to visit the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group today to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I didn’t have those dies, so I decided to use one of the Nested Essential Dies for the elongated squares and I paired it with the You Are Remarkable stamp set that is part of the Online Exclusives.

I followed the measurements from the sketch and started with a Boho Blue card base (this color is retiring at the end of April) and added a piece of the Timeless Plaid for my layer. I love this gingham plaid!!! I stamped my image from the set in Memento ink, thinking I was going to color it with my Stampin’ Blends, but decided to stamp the second step images instead. I stamped the leaves in Granny Apple Green, stamping off first, the petals in stamped off Daffodil Delight, and the center in Early Espress ink that I stamped off twice. I then fussy cut the image….which took awhile and made me question that step. lol I added my label with dimensionals and then my flower, also with dimensionals. For my bling, I used some retired Boho Blue dots.

For the inside, I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso ink on a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White and added the leftover strip of DSP.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope. I used the last of the 6″ x 6″ sheet to decorate the flap.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample or sketch and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. The best part of having a sketch is you get to go right to creating – no thinking!

I hope I was able to inspire you today and that you decide to join us this week! Enjoy your day, and if you get a chance to get inky – even better!
