Isn’t that a fun card? Every time a new catalog comes out from Stampin’ Up!, each of the Design Team Members at CASE-ing Tuesday get to choose a card they think would be fun to case – and this is the one I chose. I just loved all of the layers, not to mention – it is blue! lol Since this is just the second week of Sale-a-bration, I thought I would showcase product from the Sale-a-bration Catalog and the product you can get for FREE when you join the SU! family.

I started with a Pretty in Pink card base and used some of the Bloom Impressions DSP that you can get for FREE with a qualifying order. After I trimmed the pieces to the measurements in the sketch, I attached them to my card base. Next, I took a scrap of Basic White and stamped my flower image. One of the fun stamping techniques you can do with the Stampin’ Write Markers, is color an image or sentiment with the markers and stamp with it. I chose the Shy Shamrock marker from the 2024/2026 In Color pack, for the leaves and stem. For the flower, I chose Gorgeous Grape from the Regals pack of markers and Azure Afternoon from the Brights pack. When you color a stamp with multiple colors, the ink can dry of the portions you colored first. To moisten the ink again, you just huff on it and stamp. I then punched out the image with my 2 3/8″ Circle Punch. I then added some strips of Seal on the back of the circle and attached a strip of the Iridescent Striped Ribbon to it. Next I added the circle with dimensionals. For my bling, I sprinkled on some of the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, that you can also get for FREE with a qualifying order. I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink on a 1/2″ strip of Basic White, flagged the ends and added to the my card with dimensionals.
I reinked my image, stamped my envelope to decorate it and then immediately stamped the corner of my inside layer, that measures 3 3/4″ x 5″, and then the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink.
