Isn’t that a cute card? I absolutely love sweet and simple cards like this!!! That is exactly why I chose the A Little Bit Festive DSP pack for my card this week!
This is one of my favorite packs of paper from the Sept.-Dec. Mini Catalog! It has 3 sheets of DSP plus 2 sheets of die cuts. That was the longest part of creating this card – deciding on which die cut to use for my imag! Since blue is my favorite color, choosing the blue plaid was easy. Once I decided on the ornaments image, this card took only about 2 minutes to complete. I did follow the measurements in the sketch for my card and used a Thick Basic White card base for my starting point. I attached the DSP to the card with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. I trimmed a scrap of Basic White to the measurements and stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Seasons stamp set in Night of Navy ink. I added that to the card with dimensionals and then added the die cut with more dimensionals. I added a bow in the Gold Twisted Thread and a few of the Regal Foiled Gems in Night of Navy. I LOVE this card!!!
For the inside, I stamped the sentiment and added another die cut.
And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I stamped that gorgeous large sentiment on the flap.
