Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I took last week of to enjoy some down time and of course, family that came for the holiday. Isn’t that a cute card? I felt lazy when I created my take, I mean, first day back from taking time off? It takes a minute to get back into the swing of things! lol
I started with a Poppy Parade card base and piece of the Snowy Scenes DSP for my layer. I did follow the measurements for my DSP layer, but I added it to a 3 3/4″ x 4 7/8″ piece of Garden Green cardstock. I die cut the label in Basic White and stamped my sentiment in Garden Green ink. I then took a piece of the Petal Pink and White Diagonal Trim and colored it with my Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends, our version of alcohol markers. I love that I can color ribbon, trim or embellishments with my Blends to match my project! I then slipped the ribbon through the label and attached it to the DSP/cardstock layers and then to the card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. You know me and my bling….I had to add two rhinestones to add just a hint of bling.
For the inside, I stamped my sentiment in Garden Green and added a 1/2″ strip of the DSP to the bottom of a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White.
And to tie it all together, I added more of that fun DSP to the envelope flap.
