Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope you week is going well. If this is first time stopping by little blog, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you had a chance to stop by the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a pretty card? And I love that we have sketches! It’s creating so much easier!! For my take this week, I decided to pull out one of the bundles that is on sale for the month of June, the Attention Shoppers Bundle.

I followed the measurements from the sketch except I added an extra layer and my sentiment strip is smaller. I chose a piece of the Full of Life DSP for my background and then went to town creating my die cuts. The DSP look lost on the Bubble Bath card base, so I added 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ piece of Basic Black and then added to the card front with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. I stamped everything in Memento ink and colored everything with my Stampin’ Blends Markers, our version of alcoho markers. I used Bubble Bath, Berry Burst, Pool Party, Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight and Basic Black markers for die cuts. The shopping basket is die cut in Basic Black and Silver Foil papers. I did die cut the legs/wheels die twice to create the black wheels…not sure I’ll do that again. lol I attached the legs to the basket with a little bit of Multipurpose Glue and then added all the die cuts behind it with Mini Glue Dots. It was then added to the card front with dimensionals.  I used a retired 1 1/2″ circle punch for the black circle that I attached to the card front with dimensionals. The cake is popped on with dimensionals and my sentiment strip was added with a little bit of Seal. I didn’t want my bling to overpower the DSP so I used the white sequins from the Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio pack.

For the inside, I stamped the two sentiments in Memento on the 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ piece of Basic White, added to the 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ piece of Basic Black and glued to the inside. I decided to make this a gift card holder so I added a strip of the DSP and punched a thumb notch with the retired circle punch.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I added another strip of the DSP. All-in-all this card only used one sheet of the 6″ x 6″ DSP with just a little bit left over.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or change it up. It’s all up to you! Change it up  a little or a lot, your choice! That’s the fun part of casing! You get to make it your way in your style.

Thank you so much for stopping by this morning. I hope I was able to inspire you. If you’d like to see more inspiration with this bundle, be sure to come back this afternoon. I will be creating another scrapbook layout using this bundle and this fun paper on my Facebook Live over on my Scraps by Sissy Facebook Page at 1:00 PT. Don’t worry if you miss it, you can always watch the replay on my YouTube Channel. While you’re there, please be sure to give my video a thumbs up and a share.
