Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time visiting my little neck of the woods, be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you had a chance to visit the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I love the coloring on that pear! As you can see, I kept pretty close to the sketch for my take.

I did follow the measurements for my card, but I decided to eliminate the sentiment layer. I decided to use the new Frames & Flowers DSP with the new Simply Said stamp set. This paper is so fun! It comes with a ton of die cut frames, flowers, and leaves and is perfect for not only card making, but my first love, scrapbooking! I am so excited that Stampin’ Up! is bringing back traditional scrapbooking!!! Before I drool all over my keyboard, I better get back to my card. lol I started with a Lost Lagoon card base and used a piece of the DSP for my bottom layer and a piece of Petal Pink for the next layer. I chose a frame that was close to the measurements of the circle and stamped my sentiment in Lost Lagoon ink. I added it with dimensionals and sprinkled on some of the Iridescent Pearls for my bling.

For the inside I stamped my sentiment and added one of the leaf die cuts with some Tombow Multipurpose Glue.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope!! I added another die cut on the envelope flap.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over on the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it exactly like the sample or change it up. That’s the fun part of casing – you make it your way with your style!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope I was able to inspire you. If there’s anything I used today that you would like to add to your stash, I would love it if you shopped with me! Just head over here to shop. I hope you have a great rest of your week – and if that includes gettin’ inky, even better!
