Happy Tuesday and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope you had a great Christmas and ready for a sneak peek of some new product coming next week! If this is your first time visiting my little blog, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

It’s so hard to believe that this is the last CASE-ing Tuesday of the year! I know we always say this, but this past year really has flown by! Isn’t this week’s sample a cute card? I just loved that Beary Christmas Suite! I decided it was time to play with some upcoming product, Sale-a-bration product to be exact!

I lightly followed the measurements listed in the sketch for this week’s card. I used a Boho Blue card base and my DSP layers are from the Sale-a-bration pack called Flight & Airy. I trimmed the base piece to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and attached it to the card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. In fact, all of the layers are added with Seal except for the tag. I cut a scrap of Lemon Lolly cardstock to the measurements and added the piece of DSP to it. I thought it brought out the yellow in the bird’s belly. After I attached all of the layers, I trimmed my sentiment strip to 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ and stamped my sentiment from the stamp set in Boho Blue ink. I added it to the card with dimensionals. Next I tied a bow in the Lemon Lolly twine from the upcoming mini catalog and added it to the label with a Mini Glue Dot. Then I added some of the Lemon Lolly dots from the upcoming Rainbow Adhesive-backed Dots. Both the dots and the twine are from the upcoming Lighter Than Air Suite of product.

For the inside, I stamped the sentiment, also from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Boho Blue ink and added a 3/4″ x 5″ strip of the DSP to a 5″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.

And of course I had to decorate my envelope with some more of that gorgeous DSP!

So what do you think? That DSP is so pretty and one of the freebies you can get for FREE, as is the stamp set, starting next week. Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or sketch or change it up. It’s all up to you, which is the fun part of casing! You get to create it with your style!

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope I was able to inspire you this week. Starting next Tuesday I will also be holding my Facebook Live on Tuesdays. Have a great rest of your week.
