Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time stopping by my little blog, welcome and please be sure to join my email list here to keep up on all the news in my world. Have you had a chance to visit the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I decided to use one of the Online Exclusives stamp set this week, the Growth Takes Time stamp set. Online Exclusives are products that you won’t find in any of our catalogs and will be released three times a year. For my take this week I followed all of the measurements in the sketch.

We used this stamp set at our team gathering this past weekend and I just had to use it again. I chose my color combination first, Crumb Cake, Fresh Freesia and Pool Party. Then I chose my DSP, a piece of the 2021/2023 In Color DSP and trimmed it to the measurements. I then trimmed my scrap of Basic White to measurement and stamped my tree in Memento ink. I colored it with the coordinating Stampin’ Blends and set it aside. Next I grabbed another scrap of Pool Party and stamped the sentiment in Versa Mark ink and heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder. I love the Embossing Additions Tool Kit when embossing as it has the Embossing Buddy that you use over your cardstock before stamping your Versa Mark ink. And the tweezer tool helps keep you from burning your fingers on strips like the one I stamped on. After I finished heat embossing, I trimmed it down to the measurements and then punched the edges with the Happy Labels Pick a Punch. I then added some Stampin’ Seal to the back and added a piece of the Crumb Cake twine to it. I then added my DSP and Basic White layers to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Seal and added my label with dimensionals. Next I added some of the 2021/2023 In Color Opals for bling. I am really going to miss those opals! They are definitely my favorite!!

For the inside, I trimmed another scrap of Basic White cardstock to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and stamped the sentiment in Crumb Cake ink. Next I added 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ strip of the DSP to the bottom and finished it off by stamping the leaves in Memento and coloring them with the Blends Markers.

And don’t forget your envelope!! I trimmed a 3/4″ strip off of what was left of my piece of DSP to add to the envelope flap. I love how it brings the whole project together!

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the CT Facebook Group. We just passed 4300 members in our group!! How cool is that??

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you have a great week!!
