Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! And the last day of Sale-a-bration!!! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time stopping by my little neck of the woods, welcome and please be sure to head over here to  join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you been by the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute little note card? So springy!!! Since it’s the last day of Sale-a-bration, I decided to use that adorable Dandy Designs DSP along with the Beautifully Happy stamp set for my take. I also took the measurements for the note card to create my layers and added it to a Thick Basic White card base to create a full-sized A2 card.

My DSP measures the same as the note card at 3 1/2″ x 5″ with the 2 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ layer of Basic White and the 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ strip of Petal Pink cardstock. I pulled out my Medium Daisy Punch and punched the same piece of DSP, but used the other side to bring in the Petal Pink color. I layered that on a daisy in the Petal Pink with a Mini Glue Dot. I used a retired 3/8″ circle punch for my center and punched out a scrap of the Textured Shimmer Paper in white. I then decided to color with the Light Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends Marker and it turned out prefect. I stamped the sentiment in Fresh Freesia first and then attached it to the DSP layer with Stampin’ Seal. I added the strip of DSP above the edge of the white and then added a scrap piece of the Pale Papaya ribbon with a faux bow. I then added all the layers to the card front and then added my daisy with a dimensional. For my bling, I sprinkled on some of the 2021/2023 In Color Opals in Fresh Freesia.

For the inside I stamped the sentiment in Fresh Freesia and the little bee from the set in Petal Pink. Then I added a 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ strip of the DSP.

And of course I had to add more of that pretty DSP to the envelope flap.

I absolutely LOVE that pack of DSP! Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or like me, change it up. That’s the fun part of casing – you get to create it the way you want! Then share your creation in the comments of today’s post. We would love it if you joined us!

And if you love that paper or stamp set as much as I do, you can actually get them for FREE! with a qualifying purchase. You can check it out here on my online store. I hope you have a great rest of your week and I really appreciate you stopping by!
