Have you had a chance to visit the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yest this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at this week’s sample and sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? I just love those hats! Sadly, that punch is no longer available. I decided to use the Christmas Scotties Bundle. That little Scottie is just too cute!

As you can see, I really changed up my take! After I decided to use the Scotties, I realized that the design in my head wouldn’t work with at portrait style card, so I changed it up! I did follow all the measurements for my layers too. I started with a Blushing Bride card base and used a piece of the Cottage Gingham DSP in Blushing Bride. I went with Basic Gray cardstock scraps for my Scotties. I stamped the plaid image in Blushing Bride and Basic Gray inks, stamping off first. The Scotties are added to the card with dimensionals and the bows are added with Mini Glue Dots. Then I added two of the 2021/2023 In Color Opals to the bows, one in Fresh Freesia and one in Polished Pink.  The ribbon I used on the sentiment label is the Metallic Cotton Silver Edged Ribbon that I colored in Flirty Flamingo using a Blending Brush. When I started coloring with Blushing Bride ink, it just didn’t show up well enough. I first stamped the sentiment in Basic Gray and then added the ribbon. The label is added to the card front with dimensionals and I added 3 more of the Polished Pink Opals.

For the inside, I had a scrap of Basic White that measures 3 3/4″ x 5″ and stamped the ribbon in Blushing Bride ink, stamping off first and then the sentiment in Basic Gray ink. The layer is added with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I had to stamp the Scottie peeking around the front of the envelope. He’s stamped in Basic Gray. I also stamped the ribbon again on the flap in Blushing Bride ink, but wanted to show you the cute Scottie.

Isn’t he just too stinking cute?!? Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create it just like the sample or change it up – it’s all up to you! I hope I was able to inspire you today. If there’s anything you would like to add to your collection, I would love it if you shopped with me. You can head over to my online store here to shop.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great week! Make sure to take time to get inky this week!!
