Happy Tuesday and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday project! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time here, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. So, have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at this week’s sample and sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? For my take, I chose the new Pretty Prints DSP on a Petal Pink card base. It wasn’t until I was editing my photos that I realized I used the same stamp set as last week. Lol, BUT, I used the coordinating dies this time, so it is a little different. I did follow all measurements on the sketch – which makes casing so much easier!

I started by choosing my piece of DSP. I guess when I chose, I subconsciously had the sample from the catalog in mind as I chose the same color for my card base. I trimmed all of my layers, DSP and Basic White cardstock, and then assembled them with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive. This DSP is one of those packs you may pass up, but you really need to take a look at it! I then stamped my sentiment in Calypso Coral ink and die cut it with the coordinating die. I added a piece of the White Glittered Organdy Ribbon to the back of it with Stampin’ Seal, but then realized it needed something a little stronger so I added some Stampin’ Seal + that worked much better. I then added some dimensionals and added it to the card base. For my bling, I added some of those new gorgeous Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels. They are so pretty!!!!

For the inside, I had a scrap of Basic White cardstock that measures 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ and added a 3/4″ x 4 3/4″ strip of DSP to the left side. I stamped another sentiment from the set, also in Calypso Coral, and then attached it with Stampin’ Seal.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope!! I decided on the little heart die from the bundle and die cut one from the DSP and attached it to the envelope flap with some Multipurpose Glue to make sure it stayed on.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample. You can create it exactly like the sample or change it up a little or a lot; it’s all up to you! That’s the fun part of casing – you make it your way! Then, once you’ve created it, share it with us over on the CT FB Group. We would love to see your crafty inspiration!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope I was able to inspire you to get inky today. Have a great Tuesday!!
