Hey everyone! Happy CASE-ing Tuesday and happy first day of the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog!!! Woo hoo! Such a gorgeous catalog with so many beautiful new things!! I’m so excited to share a new bundle as the focus of my take on this week’s sample. If this is your first time here, welcome and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. So have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see what we are casing (copy and share everything) this week? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:
Isn’t that a cute card? It’s using one of the new Host Stamp Sets that you can get for free with a qualifying party or order. I decided to use the new He’s All That Bundle. I was so excited to see an entire suite just for masculine projects!!! So, I had to use it!
This was such a fun card to create! I followed all of the measurements for my card. I even got to play with the new Stylish Shapes Dies that have stitched circles, squares and banners. One of the things I love about the new He’s The Man Specialty DSP is that it has two sheets of die cuts! Woo hoo!! Can’t wait to create some scrapbook pages with this set! So back to my card. I started by die cutting my circles. I chose some DSP, which is the the front and back of one sheet for the two circles, and then coordinating cardstocks. My card base is in Sahara Sand cardstock and I added Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Very Vanilla circles. The bbq and the sentiment are both die cuts from the sheet. I attached everything with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive and then added two of the new Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots. After everything was attached, I added some Wink of Stella to the flames on both die cuts.
For the inside, I had a scrap of Very Vanilla that I trimmed to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and added a 3/4″ x 5″ piece of the DSP at the top. I stamped my sentiment in Early Espresso ink.
And don’t forget your envelope! This is the perfect way to tie everything together!
Isn’t that a fun suite of product? Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create it exactly like the sample or change it up. The fun part of casing is you get to create it just the way you want to!
I hope I have been able to inspire you today. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great Tuesday!
