Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. If this is your first time stopping by my little neck of the woods, I’m so glad you are here and please be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here. Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? Here’s a look at my take on this week’s sample:

The best part of my card is that the DSP (Designer Series Paper aka patterned paper) and my stamp set are both FREE with qualifying purchases from Stampin’ Up! Don’t you just love FREE?? I followed the measurements from the sketch for all but the 3 1/2″ x 4″ layer; I created the daisies to be more like the doilies in the sample. I started with a Pear Pizzazz card base and attached a piece of the Daffodil Afternoon layer with Stampin’ Seal adhesive. Instead of the stamped image, I chose another piece of paper from the pack with a more subtle pattern and attached it to the card base. I created the two different daisies with the Daisy and Medium Daisy punches and some Basic White scraps. I attached them together with Mini Glue Dots. I then created the flower centers with retired circle punches and some Flirty Flamingo scraps. They are also attached with Mini Glue Dots and then added to the card front with dimensionals. I used the Bough Punch to create the leaves and buds out of Pear Pizzazz and Mossy Meadow scraps. I added them to the card front. I found another scrap of So Saffron and trimmed it to the size shown in the sketch. I stamped the sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink and added the strip tot he card front with dimensionals. Then I sprinkled on some of the Garden Gems for my bling.

For the inside, I trimmed a scrap of Basic White to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and added a 1″ x 3 3/4″ strip of the DSP at the bottom of the layer. I then stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink and attached it to the inside with Stampin’ Seal.

And don’t forget to decorate your envelope! I added some more of that beautiful DSP to the flap.

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the FB Group. You can create it exactly like the sample or change it up a little or a lot; it’s all up to you! And right now you too can get that gorgeous paper and stamp set for FREE with qualifying orders. Just check it all out on my online store. Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a great rest of your Tuesday!!
