Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday and the last CASE-ing Tuesday of the year at that! I hope you had a good Christmas and that your week is going well. If this is your first time visiting my little neck of the world, welcome and please be sure to join my email list! Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet this morning to see what we are casing (copy and share everything)? If not, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that a cute card? As you can see, I changed mine up. Next week is the start of the new January – June Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration and I just couldn’t wait to dive into some of the new products! I am so ready to put away the Christmas colors and bring out some bright and shiny colors!

The sample we are casing was created using the Picture This die, which is one I don’t have, so I pulled out my retired circle punches in the sizes shown in the sketch, but you could always use the Layering Circle Dies if you have them. That’s the best part of having sketches – you can see the measurements and make your stash work accordingly! I started by choosing my DSP and went right for the new Sunshine & Rainbows DSP pack that you can get for free with a $50.00 purchase. That’s what is so great about Sale-a-bration! For every $50.00 in product that you purchase, you get to choose an item for free from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. Once I punched out my circles, I chose my cardstock for the embossed layer, Pool Party, and then embossed it with the new Gingham Embossing Folder that is coming in the new January – June Mini Catalog. All of this will be available starting next Tuesday, January 4th. I decided on a Magenta Madness cardstock card base. I attached the embossed layer with some Stampin’ Seal. I then added the DSP circles with dimensionals. I then stamped my sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set that is in the Sale-a-bration Catalog, and punched it out with the 1 1/2″ circle punch. (This was exactly why I kept all of my circle punches!! lol) Before I added the circle to the card front, I added a piece of the White Glittered Ribbon with some Stampin’ Seal, then attached it with a dimensional. I added some of the upcoming Iridescent Rhinestones to the card front because you can never have too much bling!!

For the inside, I had a scrap of Basic White that measures 3 3/4″ x 5″ that I stamped another sentiment from the same stamp set and added a 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ piece of DSP.

And how could you not add some of that beautiful DSP to the envelope? You don’t want any naked envelopes!!

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create it exactly like this week’s sample or change it up. You can change it up a little or a lot, it’s all up to you! I hope you choose to join us this week, we would love to see what you create! Have a great rest of your week and I can’t wait to see what the new brings to our group!
