Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! If this is your first time here, welcome and be sure to join my email list to keep up on all the scrappy news around here! Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group this morning? If not, here’s what we are casing (copy and share everything) this week along with the sketch:

Isn’t that just the cutest card?!? And those ladybugs are so stinking cute!! That’s why I didn’t change much on my take this week. I just had to use that stamp set again and I loved the look of the original card!

I followed the measurements from the sketch on my card and then added a 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock for the inside. I knew I wanted to use a piece of the Best Dressed DSP since I just received my pack last week. That paper is soooo pretty! I finally went with this one and then chose a Pretty Peacock card base to bring out some of the leaves in Pretty Peacock. I cut my DSP to size and then wrapped a piece of the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and tied it in a bow at the left. I then glued it down to the card base. Next I cut out the Stitched Nested Label die in Whisper White cardstock. I inked my flower in Mint Macaron ink and wiped the center off and used the Purple Posy Stampin’ Write Marker to color the center and stamped it on the label layer. Next I stamped my ladybug in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock and colored it with my So Saffron, Smoky Slate and Light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut it out with the new Ladybug Dies that just came out a couple of weeks ago. I added the label with dimensionals and the ladybug to the label with another dimensionals. I cut a scrap of Purple Posy cardstock to size and stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink. I added it to the card front with dimensionals and then added some of the Noble Peacock Rhinestones to finish it off.

For the inside I added one of the little tiny ladybugs, stamped in Tuxedo Black and colored with the So Saffron and Smoky Slate Blends Markers. Then I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink and glued it to the inside of the card.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on this week’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create it just like it is or change it up a little or a lot; it’s all up to you! That’s the fun part of casing, it’s whatever YOU want to do! If you aren’t a member of the Facebook Group yet, no worries! Just request to join, we would love to have you play along!

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great Tuesday!
