Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday and Merry Christmas Eve!! I am so happy you stopped by! Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet to see what we are casing this week? If you haven’t, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Don’t you love that we have sketches with the sample picture? It really helps when you’re creating….especially when your mojo is on Christmas break!! lol I followed the measurements for everything except my sentiment strip; mine is cut at 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ so that my sentiment would fit. I went with the Dashing Deer set so that I could follow the sample’s deer theme and I used all scraps!! Woo hoo!!

I started by trimming my strip of Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP, which is sadly no longer available now, but will be back next year! I glued that to my Night of Navy card base. Next I found a piece of Old Olive that was already cut at 3″ x 4″ and I glued it to the back of 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ Very Vanilla (oops, a bit larger then the sketch!), and then glued both of them to the card base. I stamped my deer in Night of Navy ink and cut it out and added it to a stitched circle of Pretty Peacock cardstock. I cut out the snowflakes and corner piece in Copper Foil and glued them to the Very Vanilla piece with the Fine Tip Glue pen. I added my deer/stitched circle to the front with dimensionals. I stamped my sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink and added it to the card front and then some of the Holiday Rhinestones and voila! Done!

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on today’s case and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. If you’re not a member, no worries, just request to join – we would love to have you play along! And the fun part of playing with us is your creation can be copied as is, changed up a little or a lot; it’s all up to you! That’s the fun part of casing – it’s all up to you!

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
